A U.S. federal judge dismisses a shareholder lawsuit accusing Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CM) of misleading investors about its exposure to subprime mortgages. Today's gains came after data showed producer prices fell 0.6% in February, even more than the 0.3% drop economists expected. "It doesn't appear as if there are any inflation fears out there," analyst Terry Morris said. A strong day for Ford (F) after Moody's upgraded its corporate credit rating one notch to B2, and put it on review for further upgrades.
